Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled and fully refunded within 12 hours of purchase. To request an order cancellation, please send us an email to hello@simplyadornme.com within 12 hours. No cancellations will be accepted beyond this 12-hour window. 
Due to hygiene concerns, there are no returns/exchanges on waist bead purchases that have been shipped. 

 30 Day Replacement Guarantee:
Should your waist beads break along the strand within 30 days of purchase (not at the knot) Simply Adorn Me will gladly replace your piece with no questions asked. Replacements will be the exact or similar piece, depending on stock levels. To make a claim, please send an email to us hello@simplyadornme.com within 30 days of purchase. Please attach photos to support your claim.

While we strive for 100% satisfaction from all our customers, Simply Adorn Me cannot be held responsible for strands that are not long enough to fit your waist. Customers are responsible for knowing their waist size and making sure the size of the listing will fit them PRIOR to ordering. All items will list their approximate length.  PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT EVERY LISTING HAS A DIFFERENT STANDARD LENGTH.
