Canceling and Refunding Orders Policy
We understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled, and we're happy to help within a specified timeframe. For a full refund, orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. To initiate a cancellation, please email us at simplyadornme@gmail.com within the 12-hour window. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations beyond this period. Additionally, please be aware that due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on shipped waist bead purchases.
